Then it was time for centers! We continued playing with our house center and big LEGOS at our rug center. We're also working on learning the letters in the words Open and Closed so we know when we're allowed to play in our house.
At Miss Paula's center we played the Maisy game. We had a lot of fun playing the game. It also helps us practice so many skills: following directions; taking turns; and paying attention to details! Now we'll be able to play it by ourselves!
At Miss Kathleen's center, we painted again today. On Wednesday we combined red and yellow to make orange (Those papers are dry and in our backpacks!) while today we found out that blue and yellow makes green! We experimented with lots of different shades of those--and practiced holding a paint brush and keeping our eyes on our papers while painting!
