Happy Valentine's Day!
We spent a little bit of time on the playground to start the day and then came in to join Miss Jenna for music. We played lots of different instruments and practiced naming each one. We also did some singing and dancing!
Then it was time for centers. We played with our baby dolls and cars at the rug center for the last time. We'll have a new rug center next week. At Miss Paula's center we delivered our Valentine cards. Some of us needed just a little help to recognize and match our friends' names, others needed a little more. We all worked at our own pace. While we were waiting our turn, we played in our red rice Valentine sensory tub. At Miss Kathleen's center we used Valentine stamps to make designs in lots of colors.
Then it was time for our Valentine party. We had lots of treats and lots of fun! Thank you to everyone who helped! Happy Valentine's Day!
