It was just a normal day for Morning Work! We used teamwork to build railroad tracks with our ladders; colored a shamrock; worked with our manipulatives; wrote on the chalkboard; and read with friends. Once we cleaned up, we had Spanish with Senora Hillary. We learned some of the names of our family members today. Check our backpacks for the paper with our words and songs.
After some time out on the playground we came in to start centers. At Miss Kathleen's center we wrote and drew while Miss Kathleen did some evaluations. Some of us asked her to label our drawings. At Miss Paula's center we played St. Patrick's Day BINGO. Guess what we used for BINGO markers? Lucky Charms cereal! When we finished the game we got to eat them. We played with our kitchen again at the rug center. The puppet theater was also out, but most of us wanted to enjoy the dramatic play at the "restaurant" we created.
