At centers we had our last day of playing with blocks and action figures. Wonder what we'll do at our rug center on Wednesday? We decorated our Valentine bags at Mrs. Hennessy's center. Don't forget to send in Valentine cards on Wednesday so we can sort them at our center. We did some patterning and worked on our fine motor skills at Miss Kathleen's center. We also made some beautiful creations!
We "cooked" a special snack today--airpopping some popcorn and setting it out on the table picnic style. We also had a mini-fruit roll-up. (We're getting really good at opening them and unrolling them on our own.) After snack we had a little bit of time before carpool, so Miss Kathleen opened her laptop and we watched/sang along to There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed A Fly and The Wheels on the Bus.
