After watching a video clip about groundhogs, we talked about how Georgia's groundhog, General Beauregard, predicted spring coming soon, but Pennsylvania's groundhog said it was going to stay cold. We wonder which one is right!
At Miss Paula's center, it was all about groundhogs! We colored a groundhog picture and made a groundhog hat. While we waited for our friends to finish their centers we played with the snow sensory box. At Miss Kathleen's center we played our name game cards and then painted with red and white paint. Some of us worked at making thumbprint hearts, but mostly we just liked to paint! At our rug center we had our cars again--we love this center!
