We started our day giggling--including a giggle walk out to the playground before our centers!

Monday, May 7
We went outside first thing this morning--and it looks as if some of us were still a little tired. We had some dramatic play going on--and everyone in the "story" had to go to sleep until the next day! As you can see, some of our friends thought this was very funny!
When we came back into the classroom we started our centers. We had several sets of blocks and our dollhouse at our rug center; we added some more things to our Mother's Day present--and drew on a giant piece of table paper when we finished; and we practiced fine motor skills and patterning with our geoboards and beads.
After centers we had a special birthday snack! First we did some birthday singing, then we had delicious cupcakes! We love birthdays!
Friday, May 4
We had such a busy day today, we didn't even have a chance to do centers! We did have some outside time, practiced music with Miss Caitlin, went over to the Sanctuary to practice for our Mother's Day program , and celebrated a couple of birthdays!
